Account login →To cancel future renewals: (1) log in to your EstateAegis account, (2) open Company settings → Billing, (3) choose Manage billing, and (4) select Cancel subscription in Stripe. Your access remains available through the current paid period.
More than 300 residences? Request a custom quote. Archived residences don’t count toward your residence limit; their files still use storage. Client and vendor logins are unlimited on every plan; only admin and staff accounts count toward your users. Field inspector logins (visit-only access for your field team) are free up to twice your plan’s admin/staff users, then $5 each per month, and never count toward your users. Storage is shared across your company and does not reset monthly. Plan changes and additional allowances after signup are confirmed through Sales.
