LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective September 14, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern the EstateAegis website and private residence management software operated by EstateAegis, LLC, 1498 SW Crest Ave, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization.
2. The Service
EstateAegis provides software for residence records, inspections, reports, work orders, arrivals, shopping, property records, staff, vendors and messages. EstateAegis does not perform inspections, maintenance, security monitoring, emergency response or vendor services. Customers remain responsible for professional judgment, property safety, scheduling and compliance.
3. Accounts and customer content
Keep credentials accurate and secure. Customers control workspace permissions and are responsible for having authority to upload and share information about families, staff, guests, vendors and residences. Customers retain ownership of content they submit and grant EstateAegis the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and provide the Service.
4. Plans, limits and payment
Plans, residence limits, staff limits, storage allowances, add-ons and prices are shown at checkout or in a written order. Subscriptions are billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Storage is a capacity allowance; reaching a limit may restrict new uploads or records without deleting existing content.
5. Data export and deletion
Routine account deletion is free. If you request a custom export, special-format retrieval, or data preparation beyond the standard tools we provide, we may charge $150 per hour in 30-minute increments, subject to a $75 minimum. We will describe the expected work and estimated fee before beginning. Customers are responsible for preserving records they need before requesting deletion. We may retain limited information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
5. Cancellation and refunds
An authorized administrator may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting help@estateaegis.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Monthly fees are non-refundable for partial periods, unused capacity, unused seats or nonuse. We will refund duplicate or erroneous charges and any refund required by law. A cancellation does not itself delete workspace records; request export or deletion separately.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, access another workspace without authorization, upload malware, impersonate others, send unlawful messages, bypass capacity or security controls, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach or nonpayment.
7. Warranties, liability, and indemnification
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, EstateAegis disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for emergency response, security monitoring, inspections, maintenance, or professional decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, EstateAegis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, property, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid to EstateAegis for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EstateAegis, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your workspace content, your users’ or customers’ actions, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent caused by EstateAegis’s own intentional misconduct or liability that cannot legally be shifted.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms with notice for material changes. Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless applicable law requires another forum.
