Information we handle

EstateAegis, LLC, 1498 SW Crest Ave, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953, handles account, company, billing, residence, inspection, work-order, message, support, security and technical information needed to provide the Service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide workspace features, apply permissions, deliver invitations and reports, process billing, answer support requests, secure the Service, prevent misuse and comply with law. A subscribing company controls the residence and client information in its workspace and is responsible for its own notices and permissions.

Service providers

We use providers such as Render for hosting, Supabase for database and file storage, Stripe for payments, Resend and email routing for transactional messages, and Geoapify for address lookup when that feature is used. Providers receive information needed for their function and may have their own policies.

Sharing and retention

Workspace information is shown to authorized users and recipients selected by the customer. We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or to protect rights. We retain information while needed to provide the Service and for billing, security, legal and backup purposes. Cancellation does not automatically delete records; contact help@estateaegis.com for export or deletion requests.

Security and choices

We use authenticated access, role permissions and protected password storage. No system or email channel is completely secure. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to verification, customer control and legal exceptions. Do not send passwords or property-access codes in a request.

Cookies and children

The Service uses session cookies required for sign-in. The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
