A residence management team is preparing a seasonal home for a family’s return. This example shows how the team could coordinate the work in EstateAegis. It does not describe measured customer results.

1. Give the team context.

Create the family and residence, record the rooms and spaces, and assign the residence manager. Save the inspection frequency and client report email.

2. Record what needs attention.

During an inspection, the team notices a plumbing issue. The inspector records the finding, adds a photo and client notes, and marks the item Attention before publishing the report.

3. Arrange the follow-up.

Create a linked work order, assign the job, and keep progress notes or questions with the work. Request client approval when needed.

4. Prepare for the family’s arrival.

Record the arrival, review preferred shopping and room readiness, and check unresolved work before confirming preparation.

5. Keep communication in context.

Use messages for questions and keep the client informed through their portal and reports. The residence record gives the team a place to return for the next visit.
